Return & Refunds
We offer a 60-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 60 days of delivery at support@homellea.com and provide your order number. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be in acceptable condition and include all original accessories. We may request photos or videos before approving a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items damaged through misuse
- Opened personal-care items, unless they arrived defective, damaged, or not as described
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos or videos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@homellea.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return or provide an appropriate solution.
If you are returning the item due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process once it is delivered.
